The virtual check-in system simplifies the arrival process with unique access codes, eliminating the need for room keys. The room was clean and well-equipped, featuring a coffee maker with pods and complimentary water bottles. However, the experience was somewhat marred by inconsistent customer service, lacking the usual Kasa standards, and limited amenities. Those who appreciate the vibrant Lower East Side ambiance will enjoy the location, but it falls short in other areas.
